  2. We would like to build a clear and conscious definition of what success means to us. We would not like to measure success, just in terms of whether all required functionalities of a product were delivered in time and on budget. By no means, it implies that they are not important. They very much are, but in our opinion these are the basic expectations from any group of professional and committed people. We would like to tie our success with the fate of the product that we are building. If the application meets the goals of our clients and end-users only then we consider ourselves successful. Everything else is more of a detail. That is also the reason we would not like to be considered as vendors who are providing a pair of working hands but would work towards being recognised as partners who believe and untiringly work towards achieving mutually agreed goals.

  3. Continuous drive towards Excellence

  4. It is important to be good in what-ever we do. The final product should reflect our attitude and passion towards our work and we must always be proud of it. It is even more important not to sit on our laurels and be on a continuous lookout for ways to get better and be more efficient. We are knowledge workers and only way to be successful and retain our edge in this industry is a never ending drive towards innovation and learning. It will ensure that we keep adding significant value to ourselves, fellow workers and our partners regularly.

  6. We believe great software is essentially result of excellent team work where everyone involved is capable and motivated to achieve the goals. Here we are looking both outwards and inwards. By being outward focused, we make sure to engage all the people from business and other domains whose knowledge and domain expertise will help us immensely in building that long lasting impression on our partners and end-users. By being inwards focused, we ensure that everyone who works for Inphina is motivated about their work and are passionate in leading the change to be better. Apart from providing the best possible environment and carefully choosing work where everyone performs to their best potential, every Inphinian will have a stake in Inphina. This is our attempt of creating and building a shared ownership and fair distribution of wealth generated from everyone's hard work and commitment.

  8. If there is ever a choice between being known as a huge successful organization or a very respectful organization, we would happily choose the second option. It does not mean that we don't dream or aspire to be big and successful but it should not come at the expense of our values and beliefs. It is in this context, we commit to ourselves that we are ready to lose business if it compromises with our integrity and professional ethics. We will always remain transparent, externally to our partners and internally to our colleagues. We will never short-change our partners or employees no matter how big the temptations are. Our decisions will never be biased by any outward factor which might result in a relatively inferior output and will welcome any audit or scrutiny at any time.

  10. According to an adage in ancient Sanskrit language "Knowledge leads to Humility". We can not agree more. As we work towards gaining more and more maturity about doing things better, it would open our eyes to even more fascinating and unchartered territories. This would empower us to think and work towards fundamentally changing the ways we do many things today. At the same time, we will always have our feet firmly grounded. We acknowledge the fact that great learnings can come from anywhere. We would always remain humble to learn from any opportunity.
