Thought Leadership is a way of life at Inphina. It is explicitly encouraged. If you compare us to most global IT services firms we are small, or lets be realistic not small but tiny. However, we sure up for it in being loud and opinionated. As a result we don't keep our ideas to ourselves, we actively try to pass on what we've learned. We believe that we gain by doing this just as much as we believe it's the right thing to do.

Inphina is proud to have on board several authors, publishers of articles and passionate bloggers who daily add thoughts to the consolidated feed. As you might expect from a free and open organization like ours, the variety of material we talk about in our blogs helps not only our clients but the software industry as a whole.

Inphinians are also well heard. We've played an active role in speaking at and playing a key role at various conferences. We've been glad in recent years to find more and more conference organizers coming to us looking for speakers, knowing they will get high quality talks with no corporate sales pitch. We like to tell things how we see them.

Inphina is an ardent believer of Open Source Software (OSS) and would like to recommend and use high quality open source software to reduce the TCO for organizations, give back to the community and make software development more dependable and fun.

All this helps in keeping Inphinians on the crest of the technology wave. Inphina is the place to regularly interact with lots of bright minds. Every day they generate ideas and act as a sounding board that greatly enhances the ecosystem that makes Inphina such a rewarding place to be at.
